The Retriever

A strange portal to an another world has appeared. You must jump there and gather the egg that lays at the bottom of this strange place. Use the energy cores to keep yourself alive, and retrieve the energy from the enemies that live there. But be careful, you will have to go back to the surfaces, and there are some creatures that are starving for energy,  and humans...

HOW TO PLAY!!!

• Left arrow to move left, right arrow to move right
• At the edge of a platform you will jump automatically
• Press both arrows to place a energy core and restore your energy
• Hit enemies from above to retrieve energy
• If you run out of energy or lives you will have to start over again
• When ascending you must take the energy cores, or something bad will happen
• Try to leave the energy cores on the air, so it will be easier to take them back

This game is a submission for the Intrinsic Game Jam 2020.
